Job Description:
Engage with OEMs and value chain to identify key performance requirements and long-term technology trend
- Drive fast prototyping to engage with fabricators at early phase and assess potential opportunities in white spaces
- Establish competitor landscape and identify product value proposition
- Lead the execution of new product adoption and provide total solutions to customers with timely response
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to prioritize project pipeline to maximize the business impact
- Works closely with commercial team and provides technical service to customer in new product promotion and critical trouble shooting by equipping with technology professional
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, material science or related field
- 3-5 years industrial experience engaged or knowledge in PCB is a defined advantage
- Prior experience and knowledge in relevant area of technology, such as dielectric material, copper clad laminates is an advantage
- Experience in technology or application development is a plus
- Effectively communicates verbally to global organization on all aspects of program activity. Demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations
- The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies on fast time scales, and team-player that can work in multi-disciplinary, cross-geographic teams
- Be able for travel within Asia
