Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple UBR show venues and assigned Marquee Events. Provides leadership and administrative duties in support of Entertainment venue(s) and venue management by upholding and reinforcing company and venue specific policies and procedures; overseeing daily operation of venue(s); providing work direction to team members; ensuring show quality, guest service, and safety expectations are achieved; and completing tasks and assignments critical to the daily operation of the Entertainment venue(s). Assist in career development of junior team members.
Major Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned UBR show venue (s). Responsibilities include establishing and monitoring show rotations and set grids, daily venue reports, documenting team member recognition/performance improvement observations, venue supply inventory maintenance and ordering, budget tracking, maintaining company information and TSAT communication boards, EHS housekeeping inspections, EHS compliance tracking
• Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of all management, talent (internal and external), and administrative staff for assigned Marquee and Special Event (s). Responsible for calling the show and providing communication with all necessary counterparts within the organization
• Is required to periodically represent the Entertainment Department as Manager on Duty for all entertainment venues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to problem solving all issues involving the venues as well as employees and communicating those issues to the appropriate Management Representation
• Responsible for effectively communicating necessary information which pertains to the operation of the assigned entertainment venue(s), to both upper management and employees of the venue(s).
• Accountable to administer all company policies & procedures as well as handle all employee relations issues pertaining to the assigned venue (s). Accountable for assuring that all administrative duties are completed in a timely, accurate manner including but not limited to scheduling, payroll, and other budgetary functions for the assigned venue(s).
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities

• Must be able to relocate to Beijing.
• Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
• Microsoft Office, Budgeting, and Management experience required.
Education
High school degree or GED required. (Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in related field preferred). One to three years previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred. Six months to one-year experience within the professional entertainment, cruise ship, or theme park industry required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
