    JOB SUMMARY:

  • Accountable for planning, execution and project management of effective organizational development & key talent development programs, processes and systems. Provides organizational development and systems support to enhance company culture, effectiveness and ability to achieve strategic business goals. Provides expertise and consultation to HR and Business interfaces regarding application of Organization Development and key talent development tools and processes to achieve superior business results.
  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides overall design, planning, project management, program administration and systems oversight for organization development programs, particularly those regarding critical talent management & development, including but not limited to Talent Review, Performance Management, Key Talent Development, Development Tools/Systems, Organization Structure/Alignment charting, Research & Analytics, Selection/Assessment as well as ongoing feedback and ad hoc surveying.
  • Performs as project manager for assigned programs such as Management Trainee Program and other OD & talent development programs. Plans, designs, communicates and implements the programs end to end. Makes program review and evaluation for continuous optimization and iteration according to organizational and business dynamic needs.
  • Interfaces with HR teams and Business clients to assess needs, suggest customized solutions, continuous improvements and follow up to evaluate effectiveness of programs and tools.
  • Promotes and communicates Organization Development products and services internally to HR partners and business clients and provides guidance and problem solving to these interfaces regarding Organization Development strategies and initiatives to lead organization to increased effectiveness.
  • Researches and analyzes team and organization needs, status and trends through collection, analysis and interpretation of data from various channels. Summarizes reports and proposed actions for further communication with leadership team.
  • Design and deliver training courses and facilitate workshops when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience:

  • At least 7 years intensive experience in the areas of Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning and/or Employee Engagement; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Competency Requirements:

  • Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking
  • EDUCATION:

  • Master or above degree.
  • Major in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Instructional Design, Human Resources Management, Change Management, Organization Development, Sociology, Anthropology.
