- According to the electrical system architecture and design principle, draw the electrical schematic diagram and commissioning and integration of complex connected EA systems
- Disassemble the car's ECU (electronic control unit) and wiring harness, configuration of parameters
- Identify electronic components, including relays, connectors, printed circuit boards, MCU, etc.
- Analyze wiring harness and its related parts, including taking photos, weighing, dimension measurement and other data analysis and principle analysis
- Participation and following up of problem solving with EA experts
- Communication and coordination with diverse interface partners for problem and error analysis
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Diploma degree or above in automotive electronics and electrical engineering or mechanical automation
- More than 1 year working experience in wiring harness, familiar with electrical principle of the vehicle and design process of wiring harness and able to read the wiring harness schematic diagram
- Familiar with the electrical characteristics of high and low voltage parts of the vehicle, have experience in the design of high and low voltage electrical vehicles
- Familiar with electronic component type and circuit board and the related data/ principles.
- Have experience in troubleshooting and dealing with field functional failure of vehicle wiring harness
- Familiar with the principles, characteristics, standards and test requirements of wire harness products and parts(relays and other electrical components)
- Cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English read and written

Requirements
汽车电子电气工程或机械自动化专业专科学历或以上
有一年以上线束相关工作经验,熟悉整车电气原理及线束设计流程,会看线束原理图
熟悉整车高低压零部件电气特性,有整车高低压电气设计经验
熟悉电子元器件组件类型和电路板及其相关数据/原理。
有整车线束现场功能性故障排故和处理经验
熟悉线束产品及零件(继电器等电气组件)的原理、特性及相关标准和测试要求
性格开朗,有较强的沟通协调能力。
