- Plan and prioritize resources for order fulfilment – order priority, build/ship capacity plan, etc.
- Drive backlog fulfilment to meet corporate business plan, which involve backlog ship planning, end-to-end risk assessment, execution tracking
- Manage distress orders and late risk orders to ensure on time delivery
- Improve order visibility for customer experience and support order solution to sales escalations
- Continue to improve process capability through digitization and automation power and involved with local or business specific engagement initiatives in support of broader programs
