In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead a team of specialists in specific Procurement process domain(s). In this role you are responsible for appropriate allocation of resources, people performance evaluation and development and delivering outcome in line with GBP and Philips Behaviors. You build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in business/market/function to ensure proper execution of processes through effective communication. You are responsible for continuous improvement of processes within your scope.

You are responsible for

Manages projects of complexity in line with the PMP methodology

Manages a domain specific local or multi location team

Supports development of functions in CoE, including centralization projects

Maintains relations with relevant BPO's and BPE's and business/market/function leaders

Drives productivity through leading of kaizen events and deployment of own process improvement ideas.

Accountable for team results including operational performance and continuous improvement

Takes independent decisions within scope of responsibility

Drives change management

Oversights 3rd party service provider (Infosys)

You are a part of

a global team of Procurement COEs based in Lodz, Suzhou and Panama, also an integral part of GBS procurement services from upstream to downstream.
