    Job Summary

    1. Cost planning & controlling
    2. Contract management of FCM-Szh
    3. FCM internal fixed assets management
    4. Commercial issue

    Job Responsibilities

    Cost planning & controlling

    • Cost planning and controlling in FCM, e.g. expense, CAPEX, compilation cost
    • Cooperate with RBAC/CTG to improve FCM cost efficiency
    • Support project management to control cost within budget
    • Daily cost tracking and reporting to FCM management team

    Contract management of FCM-Szh

    • C/RE projects contract treat, register, and save
    • Rental contract management
    • Maintain contact list for FCM operation team
    • Maintain project invoice tracking list and track contract payment status
    • Create vendor code for supplier and maintenance of supplier information

    FCM internal fixed assets management

    • Lead and coordinate with CTG for fixed-asset inspection
    • Monthly CIP report and tracking
    • Support fixed-assets spot check

    Commercial issue

    • As contact window within FCM-Szh for purchasing related topic
    • As POE key user within CDP
    • Lead RPP project within FCM-Szh
    • Cost status tracking and reporting, support FCM engineer to complete GR on time
    • FCM internal PR process, such as PR creation, SAP maintain
    • As proxy for GR (Globle Real Estate) CST6 related topics
    Qualifications

    1. 3 years of work experience
    2. Finance knowledge
    3. Power BI basic skill
    4. MS office expertly
