岗位概述:
做好渠道及经纪人/代理人的服务工作,包括但不限于:产品答疑、做产品相关培训、引导投保、申报、理赔并解决相关问题。以达成每年的保费目标、确保稳定的业务持续及增长并取得渠道和经纪人/代理人的满意。
岗位职责:
1. 及时响应并做好渠道以及经纪人/代理人的答疑工作
2. 制做PPT,给渠道做产品培训、业务支持相关
3. 全线达成保费目标、完成拜访计划及其他相关市场活动
4. 与被分配的渠道建立并维护良好的关系
5. 维护续保业务,跟进通知续保
6. 制定拜访计划,推进产品销售,促进业务发展
7. 应收保费的定期跟进
8. 会做业务数据分析以及透视表
9. 了解并分析其他竞争市场的产品以识别苏黎世产品的特性,更好的进行业务推广
10. 定期梳理工作流程,优化流程
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 两年以上保险从业经验(渠道维护或者客户服务相关)
3. 具备商业保险产品的基本知识或概念
4. 善于表达与沟通能力
5. 与合作伙伴建立良好合作关系的能力
6. 以客户为先
7. 有责任心和耐心
8. 做事情认真、仔细
9. 开拓的思维能力,可以接受新事物及新想法
10. 具备较强的自我驱动力、团队精神、较强的行动力、结果导向型人才
11. 善于复盘总结
