- 医药学大专及以上学历;
- 1年以上医药企业工作经验, 业绩优秀;
- 为人诚实、工作积极主动;
- 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力及销售技巧;
- 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力;
- 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的关系的能力;
- 良好的创新,开拓能力;
- 以客户为导向;
- 良好的自我激励能力,愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作;
- 掌握演讲技巧,良好的协调及组织能力。
