    Overview
  • Responsible overall technical implementation and configuration of Global HR system in the sector and other Market specific HR Systems, as requested by the Market. The role will have the ownership to the end to end functioning of the HR system and to ensure proper governance for maintaining the system and continuous improvement
  • Act as APAC escalation point of contact with GHROPs/Service Centre for all systems related issues

  • Responsibilities
  • Lead HR Digitization Strategy, identify gaps and drive the HR improvement projects across the sectors & whithin the BUs.
  • Lead and manage "day to day" operations of the HR information systems team. Optimize HRIS systems to meet workforce requirements, crafting opportunities for automation, reduction of manual processes and simplification of processes that help drive accuracy and completeness
  • Accountable for the configuration, integration and ongoing operations of all HR information systems, platforms and tool in coordination with GHRO team
  • Ensure business requirements / Process gaps are successfully translated into system performance
  • Evaluate and analyse sector/local systems performance in close collaboration with IT to maximize efficiency and minimize risk
  • Proactively Intoduce new HR technologies, like AI, RPA to meet emerging business needs/requirements that drive end-user satisfaction and business results
  • Manage EC & HR Downstream tools data security requirements , ensure full compliance & data governance is in place for critical employee data
  • Perdiocally review role based permissions on who access to which nformation and action (as per global guideline on defining gropus, creating roles and assigning roles to the group)
  • Lead vendors consolidation initiatives on Payroll to ensure data quality and efficiency
  • Manage sector third-party vendors relationships (, Allsec, Excelity); engage with third-party partners to improve performance, business reviews and pricing as it relates to HR technology and process improvement
  • Communicate HR system issues and enhancements to system owners/end users
  • Act as Data Governance Gatekeeper for any system related changes
  • Work in close partnership with Global HR Systems lead in implementing any technological improvements for Global platforms (EC, MyP&D,
  • Act as custodian for sector specific technologies (ERC, HR Repository)
  • Laise and monitor with Service Centre all APAC CRs, QBs, Mass Upload, etc.
  • Ensure consistent coaching and knowledge transfer to the team and monitor improvement
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in HR process improvement and management, operations, system enhancements, and shared services; leverage lean practices to streamline HR service delivery
  • Strong architecture skills with ability to ensure diverse portfolio of systems and tools integrate flawlessly to meet end user and business requirements in most effective and efficient manner.
  • Experience of working across a sector/ different countries would be preferable
  • University degree preferably a MBA
  • Practical knowledge of SLAs and workload management
  • Time management – ability to focus and get things done and know what is business critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
  • Co-ordination/planning/resource allocation – ability to bring together different people with conflicting schedules/ideas and meet deadlines
