- You will perform legal and regulatory research and memo drafting.
- You will do contract review and risk database inputs.
- You will work on corporate governance matters re docs drafting and review.
- You will do internal coordination and support.

- You hold a bachelor or Master of Law degree from a reputable law school in China or abroad.
- Experience in law firm or MNC inhouse preferred.
- You need to work 3 – 6 months & 4 – 5 days per week (remote work may be allowed).
- Proficiency in English and Chinese language both written and oral.
