- Communicated with customers in the early stage of design to understand their technical requirements and standards;
- Selection of mechanical standard parts;
- Order standard parts;
- According to the project plan, carry out mechanical design、technical research and development;
- Output of electronic files, drawings and BOM;
- To provide insights into the assembly work and deal with design problems and improve them;
- Make action flow chart;
- Sorting out equipment delivery data;
- Accomplish other tasks temporarily assigned by department supervisor.
- Education background: Bachelor degree or above in major of mechanical automation;
- Working experience:At least 3 years design experience in non-standard automation equipment, and able to solve technical problems in the assembly process;
- Professional knowledge: Solidworks and AutoCAD;
- Professional skill:
(1)Familiar with the schematic diagram and selection method of screw, slide rail, bearing, pneumatic parts and hydraulic transmission;
(2)Familiar with mechanical design principles, sheet metal design, tolerance fit, mechanism drive, and basic electrical knowledge;
(3)Familiar with the characteristics of common metal materials and non-metal materials, as well as material processing technology and processing methods;
(4)Ability to analyze equipment beat and DFMEA; - Language requirement: Above CET4, good reading ability of English;;
