- Conception and execution of research and customer projects;
- Design and efficiently provide the synthesis of innovative chemistry to allow the development of technical routes for production;
- Drive cooperation with respective other functions inside and outside of research;
- Assure appropriate management of IP and documentation;
- Ensure safety standards and compliance;
- Keep network with internal and external experts on modern chemical and process technologies;
- Adopt and develop new tools, approaches and concepts on process, development and implement into day-by-day business.
- PhD in organic chemistry, graduating or graduated within three years, with research background in organic synthesis, radical reactions and transition metal catalytic reactions preferred; familiar with polymer structure characterization, with strong independent research ability;
- Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to write scientific papers proficiently;
- Personally, you convince us with your scientific research enthusiasm and initiative, strong analytical skills, a high degree of initiative and a team spirit mindset;
- You have the ability to work independently in a scientific team.
