    Main Tasks:

    • Develop sales plans and set sales goals based on the company's strategy.
    o Prepare sales forecast and ensure that the targets are met

    • Sell to direct accounts and manage distributors to serve medium/small size customers, control logistic arrangement & inventory level, realize pricing policy, responsible for credit mgmt.
    o Sales to direct accounts, including key accounts management and maintenance.

    o Manage distributors to serve medium/small size customers.

    o Control logistic arrangement and manage local inventory.

    o Pricing proposal to make our product competitive in the market and keep reasonable position versus local materials.


    o Credit management to make sure credit could reasonably support the business operation and on the other hand, to minimize the credit terms for larger company financial benefits.


    • Identify potential applications and new business development.
    o Identify potential applications for the business growth.

    o Market research and customer interview to well understand the value of our products in the new potential applications.

    o Alignment with technical colleagues to identify the performance of products has advantages to the competitive alternatives.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's in chemistry/Industrial & Applied Chemistry/Physical Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related area
    • At least 3 years working experience in Polymer business
    • Knowhow of chemistry and physics, safety, and standard ITapplications; skills in project management
    • Good communication skills
