    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

  • Promote end to end solution business in semiconductor and discrete industries.
  • Develops solutions to meet customer's requirement and overcome pain points by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Developing strategies to meet annual sales target and continuously growth, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
  • Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
  • Identifies relevant opportunities and increase the win rate through effective pre-sales job.

  • High level of expertise and knowledge in Industrial Engineering Solutions, digital transformation overview, Networks .etc
  • Intermediate level of expertise in Information solution Systems, Services & Solutions and a basic understanding of our most useful products (specifically, PLC, VFD, SCADA, MES, IIOT, etc)
  • Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behaviour, Competitor Research), OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers), Training Skills, Sales Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering, Closing), Value Based Selling Skills, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills.
  • Digital factory Engineering or design experience in advance.
  • Work Experience/Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's in engineering computer science and technology or information technology related.
  • Min 5 years relevant experience, preferred customer selling experience.
  • Workable English
