- Work closely with crossteam to manage key strategic operation workstreams, i.e. business analysis and planning/data analysis/reporting/goal setting/performance reviews/program operational works
- Interact with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution, coordinate among stakeholders to deploy global policy in local markets
- Leverage data tools such as Excel, SQL, to generate indepth data analysis and drive the productivity initiatives
- Structures workflow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities
- Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports or other tools to assist business teams to maximize productivity
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a highgrowth, technology company

Amazon's Asia Global Selling Buy with Prime (BwP) team currently seeks a results oriented Business Operation Program Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment.
In this role, s/he will be a key member of the BwP Team, providing critical support to BwP business planning in identifying opportunity for business strategy, operation improvement, data & insights generation, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project/program management skills and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates.
The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization.
