- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
- Chinese LL.B degree is essential, and (foreign) LL.M degree would be a plus;
- admitted to the bar of the PRC;
- 3 to 5 years post qualification experience, preferably in the areas of general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, foreign direct investment, intellectual property rights, employment and/or litigation etc.;
- a team player with excellent interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural working environment;
- self motivated, open-minded, optimistic, and observant (with a sharp eye for details);
- respond well under pressure;
- willing to travel within China from time to time.
