您的机会
作为零售团队的中层管理员,您将参与部分销售管理工作,同时也将直接参与所有销售事宜,为客户提供高品质服务,发展客户关系,进行销售和完成售后服务。同样,您也有将负责店铺的人员发展,货品管理等运营事宜。
您的职责
1. 了解当日,当周,当月的销售任务和进展,并将进展报告下达给店铺同事促进销售;
2. 协助店铺新人了解店铺货品知识以及销售流程;
3. 参与店铺内的销售和展示(所有产品类别);
4. 及时掌握仓储情况,并分享给店铺同事,确保团队的成功连带;
5. 了解店铺运营各项指标,协助处理周报并能根据指标的动态第一时间做出反应;
6. 保证售前售后的服务水平一致并符合公司要求,以维护客户满意度和忠诚度,从而树立并推广品牌形象;
7. 协助团队处理客诉;
8. 协助管理层和公司完成对店铺重点客户的维护,升级等工作;
9. 通过各种渠道不断更新流行趋势,了解竞争状况;
任职资格
1. 5-6年相关奢侈品牌工作经验;
2. 高度的责任心与工作积极性;
3. 良好的销售主动性和客户服务意识;
