- Guide product development merchandising teams in their regular Merchandising activities;
- Allocate development styles between internal development centers & vendors after searching guidance from Asian Sourcing team; Communicate with RO or Vendor for development sample tracker on status / costing/Calendar etc.
- Assist Merchandise Supervisor / Senior Merchandise Manager with reports preparation.
- Communicate with US, Asian Sourcing team in development issue to ensure the requirements are met.
- Bachelor's degree. Over 5 years of related working experience in the garment filed.
- Strong garment knowledge in term of workmanship & wash especial in denim field
- Good at written & oral English.
- Analytical thinking to understand the priority and speed up process.
- People Management Skill to lead development team.
- Effective communication skill with different parties with different culture.

Purpose of the role:
Manage the SDC development team with assistance from merchandise supervisor & Merchandise manager, allocate development styles between internal development centers(SDC/BDC) & vendors with guidance from Asian sourcing team. Be responsible for development samples in vendors in terms of sample delivery date / quality, initial costing with cooperation from original office, like KBB / India & Pakistan office. And ensure we serve our customer's needs (US) to the best of our ability.
