- You define and execute the customer strategy to win new business and to ensure long-term sustainable and profitable growth
- Lead and develop your Application Team to achieve best-in-class results
- You establish as key contact for the customer's Engineering teams and you maintain close relationship
- You are responsible for effective project and cost management in all project phases to successfully launch products to customer
- Collaborating with product and process development on innovation projects is also part of your tasks
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field
- Your strong project management know-how enables you to successfully execute customer projects over lifecycle
- As an experienced team leader you know how to manage a technical team across different regions and cultures
- With your analytical thinking you are able to analyze and solve technical problems
- To ensure effective team performance you are proficient in conflict and change management and you bring strong communication skills
- Fluent Chinese
