- Use the value, principle & code of conduct (VPCC) and EHS awareness to ensure adherence and compliance
- Monitor and supervise all (LV) electrical and intrumentation field activities in the cluster and deliver the specified tasks in the safest, cost effective, reliable way with high quality according the given schedule requirements.
- Align with 2nd line Contractor Management (CM) and Inhouse Contractors (IHC) on services to be provided by external service providers including (LV) electrical, instrumentation and analyzer services
- Check and approve (together with EHS team, operation team and if needed with superior) Job Method Statement (JMS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for (LV) electrical and intrumentation jobs
- Field supervision especially with regards to safety, quality and efficiency
- Final job completion and quality acceptance of (LV) electrical and intrumentation jobs (executed by internal and external resources)
- Recording of executed (internal and external) in CMMS (SAP)
- Accountable for stock level of common spare parts including consumable in cluster
- Encourage the (LV) electrical and intrumentation maintenance team to achieve the complex/plant objectives and inspires team members to be more innovative, open and transparent
- Provide technical proposal / advice to engineer/ manager on all matters related to plant
- Support Plant TAR team with Work job list preparation, material/spare parts preparation, scheduling advice, safety and quality control measures etc.
- 24-hour on call to support (LV) electrical and intrumentation emergency case
- Take the lead for safety management in his/her responsible area
- Other jobs assigned by superior or maintenance management
