Objective of the position:
Support superior to well develop and implement technical training framework & system to well equip and upgrade employees' skills and expertise to well support operation startup of mega project in Zhanjiang
Main Task:
Develop digital tools to enhance daily technical training data tracking and management
Work with related stakeholders to launch and maintain learning management system to streamline the overall technical training process
Assist the supervisor to assesses training and development needs for organizations, monitors technical training for effectiveness
Support other tasks as assigned
Bachelor's degree in chemical related area
6+ years work experience preferred in petrochemical plant operation environment
Relevant training qualification or equivalent experience
Software skills such as Power BI, Automate preferred, and E-learning system administration as a plus...
