- • Lead the product marketing strategy for the vacuum circuit breaker product line, conduct market research, enhance value propositions, and coordinate with internal teams to address technical gaps.
- • Collaborate with front-end sales in the mid-segment to identify opportunities, enhance channels, and execute promotional activities through seminars and roadshows.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis of underperforming segments, identify improvement areas, and support sales teams in converting leads into orders.
- • Collaborate with sales to forecast large projects and special products, ensuring seamless delivery processes.
- • Assist in designing distributor incentive programs and managing partnerships.
- • Cultivate long-term customer relationships for sustained cooperation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field
- Familiarity with medium voltage products and relevant markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel
