- Supporting the local Sales/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers
- Providing technical support during the technical meeting, LV switchgear/busway presentations and negotiations and offers LV switchgear/busway related training
- Preparing technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local sale indications
- Defining cost for the proposed LV switchgear solution and communicates to local sale. Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales
- Supporting the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment
- Responding OR booking process and lead handover process to project execution team
- College degree or above in Mechatronics Engineering, mechanical design etc.
- More than 3 years in LV switchgear experience for engineer, project management, or technical support background
- Experience with institute, EPC or distributor that often communicate with foreigner customer
- Good at CAD, good at Excel/word tool
- Be good at listening and transposition thinking

As a Sale Support Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales assigned organization (GPG & Market) and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in AMER market.
