- Support HO Flowline in daily routines and escalation follow-up across all units and stations of the Flowline and final phase.
- Support HO Flowline to achieve the overall targets of the department such as FOT and QGs.
- Support HO Flowline on personnel deployment, shift and resource planning.
- Plan and initiate employees trainings / qualifications in cooperation with HR
- Perform hazard assessments for station processes in cooperation with EHS.
- Constant communication with all functions, MFT members and station employees to improve the business KPI's of the flowline (OSW, NC, CVAT, Work Hours burnt) to enable the ramp-up.
- Preparing the A/C transfer meetings.
- Operative introduction of AOS principles and bricks
- Optimize internal processes (e.g. production, logistics, toolings, idea system and other improvement initiatives)
- Participation in the introduction of new production processes, support the preparation of manufacturing / process / quality assurance instructions in cooperation with APT members
- A320 Family technical knowledge
- Fluent in English, good facilitation and communication skills
- Teamplayer
- Bachelor Degree in a technical or business discipline
- Supporting HO Flow Line in arranging daily operation / priority / tackle issues in the right direction etc
- Strong communication skills
- Expert in her/his field and the ability to transfer knowledge
