- Actively contribute to develop sustainable category strategy, develop & implement part (family) strategy - in line with
category strategy ( Single or dual source strategy / Part specific supplier strategy / Localization strategy etc.)
- COQ Lead and negotiation for awardings within responsible part(s) family, steer alignment with PPx, PMQ & PQT +
negotiation of ALL suppliers in COQ
- Price negotiation & target fulfillment - based on category strategy, develop negotiation design (in alignment with
GCM and in case of APN with SKA)
- Operational responsible for part specific topics: Commercial responsible (in SAP delivery schedule); Capacity
management; Bottleneck management; Part specific quality escalation; Contract Management; Cost benchmark etc.

Bachelor degree or above, engineering background / purchasing experience preferred, from renowned university as
plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage business relationship with internal stake holders (both
domestic and abroad) as well as suppliers
- Self-motivating and be able to cope with difficult situation, team player with flexibility
- Good data analysis skill, digitization knowledge and experience as plus ; Logic and strategic thinking
- Fluent in English, communicable German is plus;
