督导、协助工程部各系统设备的日常预防维修、保养,督导协助完成各部门日常请修的维修工作。
我的具体职责是什么?
作为工程部主管,您将应以最高标准完成以下任务:
• 领导、计划和组织。
• 紧急事故与故障的处理。
• 做好下属员工的技术培训、考核及督导检查工作。
• 履行酒店和部门的政策,规章制度和指导方针。
• 有效的管理与控制浪费,修旧利费成为环保之友。
• 积极引导下属工作并树立典范,具备超前的和无畏的领导能力。
• 组织并带领员工进行日常的各项维修工作,确保所完成工作的质量符合酒店的要求。
• 对工作中出现的异常情况及时向上级领导汇报。
• 协助值班工程师做好员工的管理、各项维修工作及计划,推动员工达到共同目标,加强团队精神。
• 酒店各系统设备的维修保养与工作程序的安排和督导。
• 确保酒店各系统设备的维修保养达到一流的水平和标准。
• 做预防性的维修保养,能源保护和成本控制程序。
• 确保酒店各系统设备在维修中有适当的记录。
• 正确的控制、管理所有设备、工具和物料。
• 积极加强与上级领导、下级员工及各有关当局的沟通协调工作。
• 紧密跟踪与督导外面包工的施工,使其达到最高标准。
