- Support business leader, finance leader review Annual dealer policy by simulation financial impact for the year, and to align with global policy in compliance and business strategy.
- Dealer Promotion and Dealer Management finance support by summarizing and analyzing overall P&L impact caused by the promotions/Policies to facilitate approvals and monitor the results.
- Lead to build up efficient and standardized workflow and process for the dealer prices, policies, promotions, and rebates etc.
- Lead Improvement on Dealer Policy and Dealer Rebate Policy for better dealer management for performance achievement
- Drive standardization and simplification on Dealer Rebate and lead the E2E Dealer Rebate calculation workflow/process implementation.
- Lead regular review on Rebate accrual balance and Spending, to monitor and governance the balance accuracy.
- Strengthen Dealer Credit Manage to work with credit team, OTC team.
- Lead overall dealer performance platform set up for dealer management.
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 Years+ Business finance experience or big 4 experience, if has retail dealers/wholesaler finance experience is much preferred.
- High level of motivation and proactive
- Good communication skills,strong corporation skills with business,
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
