- Providing mall concierge services.
- Attending to shoppers' queries.
- Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.
- Processing the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers.
- Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.
- Work closely with the Executive, Customer Service and to ensure check and balance of all premiums and/or vouchers issued to the department; and manage the sales of vouchers.
- Conduct service, grooming and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service Counters.
- You will attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipulated timeframe; and liaise with tenants on acceptance of mall vouchers.
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
