描述
Responsible care Support the plant in all Responsible Care related issues related to the cluster. Ensure continuous improvement of the employee safety awareness to prevent process safety, occupational or environmental accidents.
Prepare & get approval for operation procedures in his responsible area that are in line with the plant/SITE safety policy / BASF group EHS directives and local government regulation/guidelines.
Ensure implementing all the EHS related activities in the plant.
Support to implement SHE related action items during project phase.
Main Responsibility:
Support reliability engineering and development of FMEA(failure mode effect analysis) spare part strategy in project phase.
Join walkdown before MC and track punch killing.
Support to work out spare part policy together with project team.
Work closely with the plant production & Process team and maintenance team to improve the equipment/ Asset reliability to maximize manufacturing productivity
Responsible for the daily communication with maintenance department for maintenance and project
Prioritizing work orders to maximize value creation and equipment up-time
Work with maintenance coordinator for optimization daily maintenance work management
Update the documentation (such as equipment list) and CMMS system according to the MOCs & Projects.
Continues for implement the projects which assigned before
PM:
yearly review the PM plan/Update the PM according the requirement/Tracing
And spot check the quality of PM
Reliability:
Assist equipment problem's evaluation & analysis & solving
Facilitating the asset criticality analysis, downtime analysis, root cause analysis, etc. To eliminate repeat and repetitive failures.
Assistant the yearly shutdown maintenance and TAR management
Cost Efficiency:
Familiar with the valuation system in BIG, spot check the workload and cost.
Quality control:
Organize the spot check for the quality about maintenance/projects
Contractor management:
Responsible for management and performance review in EN/CI cluster
Fix Asset:
Responsible for yearly accounting; update the asset list timely and raw data collection for the assets; asset disposal& shift in the notes system; New assets application
Tracing and support for the autonomation maintenance
Responsibly for the training SAP knowledge for production team
Other tasks being assigned by the supervisor
Education:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent as minimum requirement.
Working Experience: 5+years chemical plant production experience
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Major in Chemical Engineering, good English, Good communication skill and interpersonal understanding.
