- Fully compliance with all company policies, including safety, control, data integrity, etc.
- Responsible for sample delivery, preparation and testing, ensure data accuracy and traceability, appropriate data analysis
- Responsible for equipment maintenance, including but not limited to periodical calibration, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, regular communication with suppliers, etc.
- Close collaboration with application development engineers and research scientists; proactively participate in technical projects
- Other tasks that relevant to the job
- in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer or relevant majors preferred. 0-3 working experience is preferred
- Enthusiastic, team player, "can-do" attitude, self-motivated
- Be patient and resilient, strong willingness and ability to learn new things
- Strong logic thinking and good problem solving skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Be able to read and write report in English, be able to communicate in English orally
