- Assessment and Feedback:

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other mathematics teachers and educators to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the mathematics program.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Communication with Parents/Guardians:
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school-related events.
- Four-year degree from an accredited university
- Bachelor of Education, PGCE or higher
- Teaching license: QTS, national/state teaching license/certificate or equivalent
- Three years of experience teaching in a bilingual school, international school, or government/state school
- Masters degree, preferably in education or the subject the teacher instructs
- Five years of experience teaching in a bilingual school, international school, or government/state school
- Candidates currently living in China are preferred

We are looking to recruit a well qualified Mathematics teacher for a well regarded international school for a Sept 2024 start.
Established in 2016, this K-12 international school is situated at the base of the scenic and historic YuQuan Mountain in Haidian District, Beijing. Spanning 200,000 square meters, the campus features enchanting gardens that seamlessly blend natural ecology, cultural richness, and contemporary aesthetics.
The School is organized into the Primary School, grades K-5, the Middle School, grades 6-8, and high school, grades 9-12. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Educations nine-year compulsory education program, KWAs curriculum is built on strength from both Chinese and western education. For Primary and Middle School, they follow a bilingual program using the US Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards along with the Chinese National Curriculum. For High School, they follow the US Common Core and College Board AP curriculum and also offer the UK IGCSE and A-Level UK programs.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join a dynamic faculty.
