    Job Description

  • Coordinate inventory verification method for all LITE sites, Coordinate PI date with each factory/ warehouse manager based on policy/auditor request, oversee both Cycle count and Physical inventory for all sites, ensure all sites implement inventory verification process as policy/auditor requirement.
  • Responsible to validate ABC Compile vs. Cycle Count program and inform Site Factory/ warehouse Manager, if any issue, Archive in BOX for future audit.
  • Review weekly, and quarterly cycle count metrics.
  • Review inventory verification for VMI and RSC sub inventory on week 7 and complete by week 10 of each quarter.
  • Responsible to coordinate and ensure with GCM/Purchasing performing the Supplier PO consumption and inventory verification on weekly or monthly basis.
  • Responsible to perform quarterly CMs Inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide guidance and lead Site factory/ warehouse manager in all aspects related to inventory management.
  • Prepare and publish LITE on hand net inventory report and CMs inventory report monthly.
  • Work with planner/BU team for inventory flux commentaries.
  • Support the internal and external audit of the company's financial statements for inventory areas, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor questions and requests.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support company goal, increase financial reporting accuracy and to develop and improve internal control.

    • Requirements

  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, good teamwork spirit
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/SCM Management or higher.
  • At least 5 years inventory management experience, included inventory verification (PI, Cycle count, inventory confirmation), inventory reconciliation and so on.
  • Strong analytical skills and great team player.
  • Passionate about process improvement, analysis, and learning new skills.
  • Experienced in business partnership and influential skills.
  • Familiar Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase is a plus.
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
