    Overview

    The purpose of the role is to:

  • Support 'Master Production planning', 'Performance tracking', 'Manufacturing production report', 'Manufacturing RM backflush' , 'Manufacturing RM requisition' and 'Spare parts ordering' processes in collaboration with PEP SC function (BU and plants)
  • Provide GBS Manufacturing Reporting & Analytics services and GBS Spare Parts checking and monitoring related issues for plants to China Foods by leveraging data and technology
  • Conduct system operations work in SAP
  • Prepare/collect/clean, analyze and visualize manufacturing performance and other relevant data
  • Leverage PowerBI and RPA to manipulate data
  • Collect and report plant performance data
  • Create/complete reports following standardized templates as provided by PEP
  • Plants' production supporting materials purchasing
  • Leverage MyBuy system to conduct ordering related tasks
  • Create/complete reports following standardized templates as provided by BU / plants
  • Responsibilities

    Support on reports consolidation and analysis to get an effective and accurate reporting system:

  • Plant Performance KPIs tracking Report
  • Support GCR AOP/PSP reporting
  • Build and maintain data model for P&P tracking
  • Generate regular KPI reports per pre-defined template; Monitor model output, forward/ key-into system accordingly
  • Supporting of plant RM requisition and backflush activities:

  • Generate regular KPI reports per pre-defined template; Monitor model output, forward/ key-into system accordingly
  • Generate RM requistion report for ship to line material quantity
  • Monitor the RM backflush in SAP to make sure it runs smoothly
  • System operation activities:

  • Input PR from engineers into MyBuy
  • Check spare parts name, parameter, supplier info, category etc.
  • Place order in MyBuy
  • Track PO status in MyBuy and coordinate with suppliers
  • Deal with spare parts invoicing issues if any exeptions
  • Develop new suppliers as needed
  • Reporting activities:

  • Generate spare parts related reports per requested by Plants
  • Conduct regular monitoring of spare parts inventory
  • Inventory optimization analysis on right safety stock level setup in SAP
  • Monthly reporting and tracking
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in Supply Chain management, Foods industry manufacturing, food process technical is desired.
  • SAP expertise desired;
  • Excellent skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms in Microsoft Office, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Possess high personal integrity and standards
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Highly analytical with particular attention to detail; Comfortable with large sets of data and reporting tools
  • Customer-centric and collaborative
  • Good English skill in reading and writing
  • Be able to work under high pressure
