职位亮点:
1. 卡特彼勒(天津)有限公司是美国卡特彼勒公司在中国的全资子公司,主要生产CAT 3500大型发动机和发电机组。
2. 公司结合产品布局战略,持续引进不同类型的新产品。制造工艺工程师需要设计工艺流程及设备工装等,确保新产品顺利试制和量产。
3. 生产中出现的工艺、工装、质量及安全等问题,制造工艺工程师需要协调相关人员,主导分析过程,找到根本原因,提供解决方案。
4. 寻找现场和流程上的改进机会,运用智能制造等先进技术实现工艺过程的可持续改进。
职位描述:
1. 根据产品图纸(2D或3D等)和技术标准制定工艺流程,编制标准作业指导。
2. 根据工艺流程,建立和维护物料清单。
3. 负责落实并执行部门已设定的技术要求和规范。
4. 负责对工程变更进行分析,确定流程变更,启动并实施所有变更。
5. 负责解决生产现场存在的工艺和技术问题。
6. 负责生产工艺及流程的优化,降低安全风险,持续提高产品质量,提高生产效率以及降低生产成本。
7. 负责员工生产工艺培训及技能鉴定考核。
技能和经验要求:
1. 内燃机、机械、机电、工业工程及相关专业
2. 硕士研究生学历和学位
3. 熟练使用计算机办公软件,熟练操作3D 绘图软件 (如UG, Pro-E)
4. 具有良好的沟通协调以及分析处理问题的能力
5. 具有良好的团队精神和团队协作能力
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力
7. 工作认真负责,严谨细致
