POSITION OBJECTIVES

Specific objectives including, but are not limited to:
1.Support assembly personnel in the build of
CWS and QCS head and sensor.
2. Running
of system diagnostic and performance tests.
3. Make simple jigs for QCS&CWS head and
sensor assembly.
4. Compile SOS for assembly, maintain training
related job.
5. Work with the Order Management department
to interpret customer requirements for customized head and sensor solutions
6. Support integration team to make high
quality QCS&CWS head and sensor.
7. Occasional hands on interaction with
customer specials
8. Support the introduction of new
manufacturing models
9. Support field personnel with technical
issues , customer drawings requests and other issues.
10. Report near miss events and support site
HSE improvements.
11. Take part in KAIZEN events.
12. Support
HOS, HSE and other site continuous improvement.

DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Responsible for proactively adhering and
contributing to Honeywell Safety Management & Environmental system and
compliance to regulatory requirements in relation to same
2. Responsible for individual
and department goals in relation to SQDIC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost,
Inventory)
3. Responsible for participation in
continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Support to make QCS&CWS head and
sensor parts localization successfully.
5. Maintain the head and sensor assembly documentations,
such as SOS, procedures and on job training.
6. Supervise & Support head and sensor fabrications/assembly
at local vendor sites
7. Take charge of QCS&CWS head and
sensor's test and troubleshooting, including radioactive source assembly/test,
contact with DE, record the history data and experience sharing.
8.Responsible for the product projects
tracking and production process improvements. This process corrects errors and
makes improvements to standard parts that can lead to the elimination of waste
and makes improvements to standard parts that can lead to the elimination of

9. Responsible for improvement of the
production capacities.
10. Responsible for support new product trial
run and give assistance for process setting.
11. Roles and Responsibilities will be
updated as change as occur within the business.EDUCATION /PROFESSIONAL
KNOWLIDGE AND SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanics &
electronics& industrial engineering related majors.
2. Minimum 3~5 years of mechanics &
electronics experience in large company, manufacturing enterprise is a plus.
3. Electronic
Systems Debug skills.
4. Work under pressure.
5. Good communication skills and positive
attitude towards life and company.
6. Strong sense of cooperation and teamwork.
7. English ability to read English drawings
& documents fluently is needed.
8. AutoCAD skill required bachelor's degree in
mechanics & electronics& industrial engineering related majors.
