- Be intermediate to Advanced SQL and use relational databases (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery etc) to process marketing data and customer data.
- Align with marketing team and tech team on shared objectives, deliver customized customer insights and analysis report as expected to enable digital marketing campaigns and impact commercial results.
- Work with technology team to further develop China data hub, create new functions and improve visual dashboard to empower marketing performance.
- Global team collaboration: work closely with global Data and Analytics team to support global and China initiatives, ensuring the results achieved with shared goals and business objectives.
- Work with marketing and editorial to build up Key Opinion Leader (KOL) databases for driving business growth opportunities.
- Have a Master's degree in science
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing data or customer data analytics
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, event marketing and branding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders in English.
- Work with and within cross-functional global and local teams
- Be proactive and result driven.
- Ability to think logically.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Analyst to drive marketing and customer data analysis and insights for enabling marketing campaigns and impact business results.
This position will work closely with marketing team, technology team, and global stakeholders to develop key projects and deliver expected results for our internal stakeholders and customers in China.
The candidate is expected to have good skill and knowledge of customer data analysis and insight, be intermediate to Advanced SQL and have experience working with relational databases (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery etc)
The candidate is also expected to have the mindset of cross-team collaboration and good communication skills with local and global teams.
