- A client facing role that handles clients' queries on Ecommerce data
- Be an expert on NIQ Ecommerce product designs and operational logics
- Deep dive into client queries to locate the root cause with proper problem-solving skills and ensure query resolution to be provided in a timely manner
- Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards
- Centrally track the status for client queries and derive product enhancement directions from daily query handling
- Responsible for meeting the COE objectives as a whole and ongoing delivery of COE KPIs
- An enthusiastic problem-solver
- A good communicator to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- A good team player and able to work with cross teams
- Senior management exposure and engagement experience
- Ecommerce related background is preferred
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years professional work experience
- Ecom operation experience is preferred
- Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a digital enabled environment
- Ability to work within a virtual environment
- Strong business acumen
