- Development and implementation of 1Y JB RTD brand plan & 3Y growth plan, aligned to global ambition and in strong collaboration with Global Brand House and Asia Bourbon House.
- Channel strategy & pricing strategy development and execution
- To construct successful model Jim Beam portfolio between FBS & RTD in China market.
- Continuously achieving brand innovation and vitality
- Develop and execute marketing activities to maintain brand exposure and visibility
- Provide consolidated and structured feedback from markets to global teams on strategic needs and key activity/initiatives
