- Responsible for develop new sales growth in EV, off-highway and other areas.
- Customer orientation, with established networking and knowledge in aftermarket.
- Strategy planning in roll out segment development plan by developing success stories, road mapping.
- Accelerate scalability with highly efficient commercial skill to drive right portfolio and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales team, Application Engineer and other functional team to achieve KPI.

- Develop EV & off-highway strategy, portfolio and sales plan. 10%
- Develop value proposition and sales tools support EV & off-highway business growth. 30%
- Build strong customer relationship with key customers and distributors. 40%
- Coach and train sales team-EV & off-highway. 20%
- 3-5+ year aftermarket or KA, BD experience, business savvy.
- Familiar with aftermarket customer in EV, off-highway, commercial, collision with good track record.
- Established connection with big Multiple Shop Organization or other big players preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Good presentation skill.
- Self-motivation.
