职位描述:

• To lead a team of PM, responsible for process alignment and iteration, project management, digital operation building, service promotion, and team training.
• To manage the projects from inquiry, quotation, contract, to invoice, maintaining the good relationship with Key accounts.
• To optimize the current process to increase the communication efficiency.
• To maintain and expand customer base globally. Promote platform service through collaboration with business development and technical teams.
• To work as a team with colleagues across various functions (at department, division, and company levels) in client service as well as process buildup.
• Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.
• Provide scientific support to BDs and clients and deal with inquiries on WuXi Biology in vitro capabilities and data packs, working closely with the global team.

任职资格:

• . or . in pharmaceuticals/biology/chemistry/chem-informatics/bio-informatics , with more than 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination in industrial setting.
• Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Capable of working with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to deliver strong business growth
• Strong leadership and people management skill in industrial setting

• Overseas education and working experience
• Experience in market analysis and survey would be preferred
