- Handling employee life cycle activities like onboarding, separation, transfer, contract renewal, long service award, etc.
- Managing employee's personal file
- Being responsible for employee certificate
- Being responsible for government activities (working hour application, workforce registration and reporting)
- Managing HR Service products
- Supporting Internal/External audit process
- Coordinating with vendor/agency
- Coordinating with other HR service line and Hub Service team ( In Bangalore, India)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years' experience in HR Service function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage
- Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
- Collaboration and networking skills
- Excellent speaking & written in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to and influence individuals at all levels
- Strong customer service consciousness, good communication skills and innovative spirit.

As a HR Operations Specialist for HR Services Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for executing accurate service processes related to Employee Life Cycle, following employee changes in company from onboarding to separation, ensure appropriate support for internal customers, and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
