描述
Job Description➢ Set up, maintain and trouble shooting of equipment.
➢ Plan TPM and lead service technician for implementation
➢ Training and guiding service techinician for trouble shooting and maintenance.
➢ Maintain equipment to keep high running rate.
➢ Improve the first pass yield and reduce the machine downtime both on Testing and
Taper&Reel machine.
➢ Design or optimized equipment parts to increase equipment capability.
➢ Design AOI inspeciton structure and procedure for new product
➢ Leading cost reduction project to reduce machine cost
➢ Owner of Semiconductor equipment (Testing and Taper&Reel)
➢ Process improvement, production line support.
➢ Trainer of service techinican
➢ Acceptance/installation/release of equipment.
Education: Electrical/Mechanical related Bachelor
Working Experience:4~6 years+ experience in semiconductor equipment, prefer mechanical design experience
Knowledge/Skills:
Good electrical/mechanical
fundamental.
Demonstrated trouble shooting skill.
Process improvement/localization.
Faimilar with AOI inspection system.
E.g., Cognex, Keyence...
Familiar with AutoCAD or Solidwork
Familiar with Python or Visual Studio
Familiar with Batch Command
