- Carry out the production process by closely following the standard operating procedures as they relate to materials handling, equipment operation and finished goods packaging.
- Following all safety requirements and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements and working in a fast-paced team environment
- Following work instruction document, standard operating procedures, and standard works to assemble product using specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings and record correct and accurate documentation in Production Control Documents
- Perform inspection of in-process and finished product, perform routine audits for in process lots records and correction
- Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities.
- Junior high school degree.高中以及以上学历
- 1 year above clean room production experience, familiar with the key points of clean room production environment control.
- Ability to stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping.
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion.
- analytical and problem-solving abilities, have sense of urgency to handle abnormal case.
- Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment up to 8 hours a day with additional overtime as required.
