描述
职位描述:
1.根据各国相关法规和指导原则的要求,为医疗器械客户提供注册申报的项目管理服务;
2.与商务、市场、实验室团队合作,负责重点客户项目及一体化项目的项目管理和客户维护工作;
3.组织项目启动会议和定期的项目沟通、汇报会议,明确客户需求,统筹项目进展,确保项目按期高质量交付;
4.组织部门之间的沟通和相关数据分享,推进解决项目进行过程中遇到的各种问题;
5.与相关部门深入合作,包括但不限于数据整理、改善建议、培训等,以支持公司商务新流程的建立和推行;
6.对项目运营中出现的问题及时协调改进,并主动寻找系统流程优化方法;
7.追踪相关部门新建和优化流程的落实情况,形成不断完善流程的有效机制;
8.负责部门内其它业务能力的开发,如参与数字化系统开发、数据分析等;
9.完成部门负责人安排的其它相关工作。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,有生物医学、分析化学、毒理学等相关知识背景,硕士学历者优先;
2.客户服务意识较强,有一年及以上医疗器械CRO从业经验;
3.对AI应用、数字化系统开发兴趣浓厚,有开发经验者优先;
4.具备一定的数据分析能力,擅长使用excel等数据分析工具;
5.具备独立工作和解决问题的能力,优秀的沟通能力,强烈的责任心;
6.具备较好的中英文写作和听说能力。
