- Communicate with internal and external customers, partners to move the projects forward
- Release the component and product according to Bosch procedures
- Identify cost improvement points, implement the design change and release from concept to SOP
- Lead technical problem solving
- Support or define validation spec to validate the product
- Work closely with CN & EU domain experts bushing, NVH, materials, simulation etc. to develop new solutions, solve technical problems
- Change management, risk & deviation analysis
- Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Above 3 years experience in motor R&D or application field. Knowledge about motor design, materials and components etc.
- Knowledge about plastic,metal, toolings, NVH and methods in product development, design and validation, GD&T.
- Experienced in using CAD software, UG
- Fluent in English, good command of both written and spoken (Mandatory)
- Good communication skill
