- Be senior manager for a group working on motor active part design and Lead and guide your team in their day-to-day tasks at the same time look in the future and develop the group further for upcoming challenges.
- Be Chief of Building Set (CBS), a role in Drive Center of Ensure the feasibility (manufacturability) and competitiveness of the defined motor building set; assure application in new projects and further development of building set together with other CBS located in ED Germany.Contribute to overall product design and assure functional fulfillment of the motor building set solution(s) in the target product, application of building set in full service together with lead designer.
- at least 5 to 10 year's experience in motor design as designer or lead designer.

Qualifications
Master degree or above in mechanical, engineering or electrical drive
Competence in building sets for Drives, project management, complexity management, BES/PE, BPS, leading by content
Very good English in both oral and written
