- 英语CET4及以上水平
- 3年以上焊接工艺工作经验,汽车行业2年以上工作经验
- 熟练掌握MAG焊、电阻焊(点凸焊及缝焊)相关工艺及设备
- 熟练掌握机械制图,能够独立完成工装设计
- 熟练掌握焊接机器人的应用及示教编程
- 熟悉使用PPAP、FMEA等工具
- 熟练使用office办公软件;CAD以及solidework等绘图软件
- 英语读写熟练,口语流利
