- 新产品的组装工艺过程开发:包括制定工艺文件、确认工艺流程、新设备的开发、产能规划、布局规划,并最终保证工艺交付生产的产量和质量的稳定
- 质量改进:包括防错应用、工装改进,工艺方法改进
- 现场工艺问题处理及损失工时管理:对员工培训,现场服务和问题处理及时性和有效性,保证生产制造环节的正常运行,减少工时损失
- 制造过程改善:主导并组织实施工序的精益和人机工程改善,内部物流改善和工位器具,产能提升,制定设备自动化改进计划,并监督实施
- 过程跟踪管理:监督供应商按期完成设备的设计、制造与验收、交付,保证新设备进度计划兑现,减少损失
- 总结与提高:及时总结所承接项目的不足与经验,丰富自身技能与设计水平,并交流提高
- 积极完成领导临时交付的任务
- 本科以上学历,机械/电气/自动化等相关专业;
- 英语读写熟练
- 3-5年及以上汽车行业装配工艺经验
- 掌握防错应用、熟悉精益生产改进
- 具备团队协作与项目跟踪经验;
- 具备应用IATF16949和ISO14001,OHSAS18001体系标准的技能;
- 了解基本的机械结构设计,了解机械设计制造基本知识;
- 熟练掌握工装的设计
- 熟悉人机工程学知识并指导运用;
- 熟悉精益生产知识并指导运用;
- 具有较强的学习与模仿能力,消化吸收先进的技术与理念;
- 独立的分析与解决问题的经验与能力;
- 良好的总结能力与团结协作能力;
- 了解Solidworks三维设计运用,AutoCAD或其它绘图软件;
- 良好的专业知识指导与实际应用能力;
- 熟练操作office办公软件;
- 熟悉各类质量管理工具,如APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA,8D
