    SCOPE 职能范围

    Be responsible for the delivery of service with guest . The Bellboy must respond to guest requests efficiently and effectively following the department standards and procedures so th at exceed the guest's expectation. The Bellboy must support the key metrics to achieve GSI , CSI, KPI and financial targets.

    礼宾员的工作职责是为客人提供运送及其他服务。礼宾员必须依照酒店标准和程序给予宾客有效回复从而超越客人的期望 。 礼宾员必须支持工作重点以完成 GSI 、 CSI 、 KPI 及财务目标 。

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

    · Work closely with colleagues to ensure service experience that meets the brand's requirements.

    与对客同事紧密合作确保向宾客提供符合品牌要求的服务体验 。

    · Execute job tasks according to the pre-defined standards & procedures and in compliance with the company employment handbook.

    根据拟定的规定条例以及公司同事手册执行其职责范围内的工作。

    · Ensure all areas on the forecourt and parking areas are up to standard and all operating equipment is well-maintained.

    确保酒店正门前区及停车区域符合标准 , 所有营运设备运作正常 。

    · Be familiar with the 1865 program.

    熟悉 1865 尊贵会内容 。

    · Demonstrate honesty, reliability, ethics, and professionalism; demonstrate consistency between words & behaviour.

    展现诚实、可靠、规范及专业的工作礼仪。

    · Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, superiors, business partners, and the community; encourage this behaviour in others.

    与宾客、同级、上级、合作伙伴及社区建立正面及有效的工作关系。并鼓励其他同事也依照此行为准则。

    · Accept personal responsibility and accountability for achieving.

    承担个人责任并及时完成任务 。

    · Be fully knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, functions and local area information.

    熟知酒店设施 , 功能及当地区域信息 。

    · Ensure a smooth co-ordination between the individual sections of Front Office.

    确保与前厅部各部门建立良好的合作关系。

    · Liaise and work closely with other departments to resolve any operational issues.

    与其他部门保持紧密联系和工作从而解决日常营运遇到的问题。

    · Report to work on time as scheduled.

    按照排班表准时上班 。

    · Knowledge of how one's work aligns with the overall business/brand strategy, and ultimately shareholder value.

    知道如何工作从而与整体业务与品牌战略保持一致,最终体现股东价值。

    · Add value through operational efficiency through process improvement.

    通过工作效率和过程改进提升价值 。

    · Be familiar with hotel emergency procedures e.g. fire alarm.

    熟悉酒店对于紧急情况的程序,例如:火警。

    · Respond to guest requests before departing your shift. 在离岗前回复宾客的需求 .

    · Actively participate in meetings as requested. Attendance must always be on time.

    按照要求积极参与会议 , 并保持准时出席 。

    · Perform any duties assigned by the Management.

    执行任何管理层委托的工作。

    · Delivers and picks up guest baggage as assigned by Team Leader above.

    根据领班及以上管理者的安排为客人运送行李。

    · Stores luggage according to standards.

    根据标准储存行李。

    · Directs incoming guests to the check in area whilst offering to handle any luggage the guest happens to be carrying.

    为客人提行李时,指引抵店客人到办理入住登记的地方。

    · Directs guests and visitors to any of the Hotel's facilities.

    指引客人及来访者到酒店的设施。

    · Transports guest's luggage to their room in an efficient manner.

    快速将客人的行李送至房间。

    · Maintains and cleans all trolley and equipment at Bell Service to maintain a professional image.

    保持行李房所有行李车及设施的干净,以保持专业的形象。

    · Escorts guests to their rooms, explaining all in-house and room facilities.

    陪同客人到房间并解释酒店及客房的设施。

    · Opens and closes car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.

    主动为上下车的客人开 / 关车门。

    · Loads and unloads guest's luggage for arriving and departing guests. Ensuring the proper handling, storage, security and procedures are followed.

    为离店及抵达的客人装、卸行李。 确保遵守正确的处理、储存、安全的程序。

    · Prevents entrance of unauthorised or undesirable persons.

    阻止闲杂人员进入酒店。

    · Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel.

    保证具有营销员的态度,并抓住酒店内的一切销售机会。

    Requirement .

    Education 教育学历

    · Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Hotel Management.

    酒店管理类证书 / 学历证明 / 学士学位证明。

    Experience 经验

    · One year working experience, preferably in hotel industry.

    一年 相关的酒店工作经验。

    Job Skill/Knowledge 工作技能 / 知识

    · Out-going personality .

    性格开朗 。

    · Good communication skills.

    良好的沟通技巧 。

    · Current Drivers Licence would be beneficial.

    持有效驾驶执照者优先 。

    Language Proficiency 语言能力

    · Good command of English and Mandarin, other languages would be beneficial.

    良好的英语及普通话掌握能力 , 掌握其他语言者优先考虑 。
